854f56e6f2 Fix bug where status is sometimes stuck "loading" 
This was introduced in 9e343fc. There may still be a race condition
here, however it should occur far less frequently than before.

Duplicate comments were being retrieved from Reddit under certain
uncommon circumstances, this also caused the comment counts to be off

20eae33207 Use Reddit for comments with missing parents 
Pushshift occasionally fails to return comments which are the parents
of comments that it does return. Look these parents up in the Reddit
API and use its results instead, otherwise entire comment trees may be
hidden. They could still be hidden if two consecutive parents are
missing from Pushshift, but hopefully that isn't a common occurance.

c8b0ac8523 Update the endpoint to api.pushsift.io v4 
Also update the reddit endpoint for posts, and add the capability
to download from Pushshift in multiple batches, with a binary
backoff; it's currently set to download up to 1,000 comments.

Credit (once again) to @ayan4m1 for a couple snippets of code.
