+µBlock's purpose is **not** to remove existing malware/adware/spyware: It can not do this. µBlock's purpose is to block outgoing network requests, and collapse [DOM](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Document_Object_Model) elements according to the selected filter lists.
