81b1458b0f Add Ruby code to all Vagrantfiles 
Add Ruby code to determine full path to supporting files referenced
in all Vagrantfiles. This will allow more effective use of Vagrant
commands when not in the same directory as the Vagrantfile.

2f852dabb8 Finalize multi-instance Vagrant and OpenStack environment 
Update README.md with final information. Add comments to Vagrantfile
for better understanding and troubleshooting. Sanitize all files.

028bc1bd4b Start work on multi-instance OpenStack files 
Add new Vagrantfile with multi-instance support. Modify external
data file (instances.yml) accordingly.
