Add "complex" JSON environment

Add examples of working with more "complex" JSON environments.

# Complex JSON Examples
These files exist to illustrate how configuration data for [Vagrant](http://www.vagrantup.com/) can be stored in a "complex" external JSON data file. It's "complex" only in the fact that the data is stored as more than just a simple list of values.
