Commit working files for OVN environment
Rename `servers.yml` to `machines.yml` to adhere to naming standards. Edit files to assume the use of Ubuntu 16.04. Modify `Vagrantfile` to use latest approach in reading data from YAML config file. Signed-off-by: Scott S. Lowe <scott.lowe@scottlowe.org>
