Subject: [PATCH] Add Marshall Privacy Browser to Web Browsing recommendations

Marshall is a hardened WebKit2GTK privacy browser with:
- Built-in ad and tracker blocking
- Canvas fingerprint protection
- WebRTC leak prevention
- No telemetry or data collection
