f13fc9c35a Only save labels from the modal when the user finishes selection 
This prevents creating issues by calling the setlabels mutation
too frequently if a user is rapidly changing labels, if that
happens a failure in the API could cause the user's changes
to be overwritten.

c4901a1eaf Use dispatch events on article actions 
This allows the kbar to be created with no external dependencies
so there is no flicker when a dependency like the article is
loaded.

9c37967abe Set a z-index on the omnivore name logo element 
When the OmnivoreNameLogo is a floating element we need to
set a z-index on it to ensure that it is above the left
article action menu items.

This fixes issues where the name logo might not be clickable on
wider screens.

eb8cb3854c Do all scroll watching on the main window 
This moves all scrolling from child divs to the main window. This
improves our keyboard handling, as focus will be given to the
body element, not the child div when navigating by keyboard
commands, so arrow keys and space bar will work after navigating
to the reader with the keyboard commands.

- Completely disable the GitHub button when collapsed in header
- Point the name logo button to /login on the login page

4b78b2e80d Use the omnivoreYellow background on the highlight view 
The highlightBackground colour is now used for the background
highlight color when text is selected.
