Remove some new drama summaries

- Remove summaries that reference politically sensitive topics like racism/gender. Even though they are reasonably neutral, i want to avoid incuding these, to reduce risk of reports
- Remove summaries that are too short and do not sufficiently describe the contents of the drama. In some cases there're a lot of technical details and it's better to have no summary than to have too low-informative misleading summary
