* tools: update hecat to v1.5.0
- adds new metadata to software/*.yml files (commit_history, current_release)
- uses GraphQL API instead of REST API (less requests)
- tools/hecat: udpate_metadata: increase sleep_time between API requets to 60s - the is the module default, but explicit config is better
