Merge branch 'dev' into avalonia_migration 
Resolved conflicts:
- Calculator.csproj: Keep Mages 3.0.1 (from dev) + Avalonia packages
- Explorer SettingsViewModel.cs: Use PromptUserSelectFileAsync for ShellPath
- ExplorerSettings.xaml: Removed (deleted in HEAD)
- packages.lock.json: Restored from dev
